Masala pori/puri or masala puri is a famous street style chat of Tamil Nadu/Karnataka.The most important component is the gravy prepared using dried peas with the right amount of spices and goes along with golgappas or puffed rice. It is best served during a rainy day. Even though we use home available masalas, the taste is the same as you eat from the food carts.
