It's true! Making bread/bun is therapy. But how? Because of the kneading and the yeast's action. Nothing can help the whole house smelling of freshly baked buns. The filling in these buns makes them even greater. Here is my version of the most satisfying fluffy buns, which can be kept plain too and served as dinner rolls.

Cooking time: 15 mins Serves: 6 nos
Preparation time: 2-3 hours
What you need Qty
For the dough
All purpose flour/Maida 1cup
Dry yeast 1tsp
Sugar 2tbsp
Warm milk 1/2-1cup
Salt Apinch
For custard filling
Custard powder(any flavour) 2tbsp
Sugar 4tbsp
Water 2tbsp
Milk 1/4cup
For cream cheese filling
Cream cheese/
Processed cheese 2tbsp
Spinach Alittle
Garlic powder(optional) Apinch
Chilly flakes 1/4tsp
