I wasn't a big fan of Chinese food, because of its sauces and oil. But with the right amount of spice, lots of veggies, and less use of sauces, it becomes a delicacy, which can be served even during parties. A mess-free and quick version of Chilly-Garlic noodles, just for you!

For the chilly paste
Beydagi chilly/
Kashmiri chilly 4nos
Regular red chilly 2nos
Garlic 2cloves
Noodles 2cups
Sliced vegetables
(Onions,Carrot,
Capsicum,Cabbage) 1cup
Sliced ginger 1/4inch
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds To garnish
