Veg Hakka Noodles 1Packet
Finely chopped onion 1no
Finely chopped vegetables
(Carrot,Cabbage,Capsicum) 1/2cup
Corn flour 1tbsp
Corn flour slurry 1 tbsp corn flour
+1/2cup water
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt Totaste
Spring onion/Coriander Togarnish
Water 1cup
Oil 2 tbsp
For the sauce mixture
Ground ginger,garlic 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Red chilly sauce 1 tbsp
Green chilly sauce 1 tbsp
Chilly flakes 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
