Craving Chinese and something more than just noodles? Then definitely give this recipe a shot. All it takes is some patience and very few Chinese essentials. This dish can be served at any time of the day.

What you need Qty

Veg Hakka Noodles 1Packet

Finely chopped onion 1no

Finely chopped vegetables

(Carrot,Cabbage,Capsicum) 1/2cup

Corn flour 1tbsp

Corn flour slurry 1 tbsp corn flour

+1/2cup water

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt Totaste

Spring onion/Coriander Togarnish

Water 1cup

Oil 2 tbsp


For the sauce mixture

Ground ginger,garlic 1 tbsp

Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp

Dark soy sauce 1 tsp

Red chilly sauce 1 tbsp

Green chilly sauce 1 tbsp

Chilly flakes 1 tsp

Vinegar 1 tsp
