A french culinary technique ‘Gratin’ which means ‘browning of crust’, also one of the most over rated dishes in restaurants, can be made at home with simple ingredients in no time and can be enjoyed with a simple toasted bread or even garlic bread.

Diced Vegetables(Carrot,

Potato,Beans,Peas) 1cup

All purpose flour(Maida) 3 tbsp

Butter 1 tbsp

Bread slices 4

Bread crumbs 2 tbsp

Grated Mozzarella or

Cheddar cheese Ahandful

Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp

Pasta seasoning 1 tsp

Milk 1/2cup

Water 1/2cup

Salt Totaste
