Arancini balls are one of the deep-fried Italian delicacies, especially a staple of Sicilian cuisine. The stuffing mainly consists of rice, cheese along with other variants of seasoned filling. This recipe is one of its kind, with a little twist of extra creaminess.

Cooking time: 45 mins Serves:14 nos

Unsalted butter 1 tbsp

All purpose flour/Maida 1 tbsp

Finely chopped garlic(optional) 1 piece

Spinach 2 tbsp

Milk 4 tbsp

Boiled potato 3 nos

Sweet corn 1/2cup

Boiled rice 2 tbsp

Green chilly 3 nos

Grated cheese 1/2cup

Corn Flour 2-3 tbsp

Bread crumbs/

Crushed corn flakes 2 tbsp

Chilly flakes 1 tsp

Mixed herbs 1 tsp

Crushed black pepper 1 tsp

Salt To taste
